Would be a complete folly if there was one as this whole matter is now out of the hands of CHM, unless, a settlement offer was being discussed.
Short of that, the Fed Court rules here and it relies on independant qualified observers vetting the various documents tabled, which will determine any price rise.
I am sure they will be consulting cranswick on it for an opinion before he posts his views again.
