What exactly do you think they have 'destroyed'?.
Whether you blame the market or the company for the share price, the fact is that it has never affected anything at all in terms of the company's operations and finances. It also hasn't affected long term shareholders other than providing them with an opportunity to catch a bargain, money has always been raised from 24-30c so existing shareholders have never been shafted by dilution unless they bought the absolute peak, but even if they did they can average down right now to far below capital raise prices.

Completely unfounded speculation that a company is illegally going to move projects to companies they have an interest in isn't analysis, it's paranoia.
There are regulations for listed companies that prevent these things and very severe punishment for contraventions.
