There is a problem when she sold 4 million dollars worth of shares before making an announcement. She obviously cleaned up and drove down the share price! I can see it so can everyone else! If she buys back at a lower price then we will see how manipulative this trade was. Either way she will still win because her remaining performance shares could spike In the future.
