wheigh up the pros and cons of AFGHA vs AFG

    AFG

No one knows what the value of AFG is atm or a future vaule cannot be determined esspecially if they start wiping out assets from the balance sheet. Worst case senario if the coy did go belly up, you will atleast receieve the left overs.

    AFGHA

On the other hand you can buy AFGHA earn around 650% cap return, should allco survive as a company (more than likely). No impact of the balance sheet will affect inst payments OR the face value. Inst payments of $9.40 per year is 60% return on inst per year if you buy these at $15. AND Inst payments have priority over dividends (because dividends can ony be paid out of net profits).

    Conclusion

I believe allco will survive as a company, they have solid assets, and have received plenty of inerest in the sale of some. The company may take time recover, thus maybe no or smaller dividends so leverage can be reduced. Taking the risk/reward into consideration AFGHA has more reward with similar risk.
