why would sellers keep dumpin stock into a rising sp.

CNP could have go over 50c today but someone keep dumpin it and spook lot of others to follow and trigger a few stop along the way.

pure manipulation to me. Some1 just try to hold the price down. Dont tell me it is the traders that doin it.
