doublee , 2012 is more likely the target.full feasibility due in about 12 months . construction could start not long after that, assuming approvals are granted, and finance is obtained . can't see finance will be a problem ,there are some heavy hitters involved in mlx .sce foreshadowed 2011 / 2012 from memory, in their research.this deposit has full jorc certification already , and this time consuming process has taken place over the past few years .scoping studies have also been completed .
