Crude oil production has plateaued over the last 3 years. It peaked in 2005. The Saudi's are going gangbusters drilling everything they can to keep production up.
Russia is in decline
The North Sea is in decline
Mexico is in decline
In fact about 2/3 of the world's major oil fields are in decline. And demand keeps climbing.
