Think tank of Malaysia already said the negative impact of reviewing Lynas may reduce foreign investment and by wrong person as chair it may create a bad start for government future appointment. I wonder who will be responsible if this year the foreign investment cannot meet target for finance minister and if the government fail ti develop a system for select right person for right task.
