Directors are related parties and must be in the 2nd trance and voted on if I read correctly. For all we know other subs might not have taken any - there were less than 10% issued in the first tranche so they can’t have changed by 1% just from that - and obviously they didn’t take a massive chunk as you say and increase by 1%. Will know the truth soon enough but I am thrilled that it looks like Tribe wants to increase and that new investors have also come onboard. The others are declining in relevance as a result.
