Yeah I agree it is mainly about the specifics and particularly the cost and what class action files are included in the deal. Here is an article with some slightly useful general details:

Interestingly ACA settled a class action against mc mahon services for 6.7 million at almost exactly the same time shine released it's news of the buyout on the market. Judging by the ACA website they have several large CA in the works, including a 'pink batts' claim against the federal government for 150m- though this seems a bit of a speculative case to me and again its not clear who 'owns' it with it already finished trial..
Still a small sign of confidence for the business..
