Guys, you may be missing my main point a little (my fault as the post was probably too long). The discussion was seemingly about why WPL legals would be involved rather than, or maybe in addition to COP's. In my view it would be surprising if WPL legals were not involved considering WPL are the ones who have the most or all to lose. Much of the remainder of my post probably leans a bit toward thought bubbles.

One thing I am not doing though is ruling out any possibility with PE...if the outcome was as straight forward as many "hope" or believe I suspect it would have been well and truly over by now (but best to remember that an issue can have many sides within the debate, and the determination of the issue will eventually depend on which side of the debate was most accurate and persuasive).

I am certainly intrigued at COP's sale to Timor-Leste govt though, as I suspect this flies directly into the face of WPL
