If you look back at the Aus roadshow where they announced (pretty much ) that they were going to the IMEC FAB stage was Feb and the resulting announcement of the slightly not quite right wafer was September there was that 6 month wait. Note Q1 19 could be as late as March. I'm not exactly sure how IMEC works (I wish I talked more to that American I met in Nepal who worked there - but I was horribly unwell) but I would suggest that it is possibly now "at the back of the queue" for another test. Remember that IMEC is a not for profit organisation and JD stated that they are "done when they are done". The question though is whether the testing now is with a totally new recipe as JD put it and will take the same time to bake or if it is a quick tweak and back in the oven for a short rebaking. If anyone has more detailed knowledge than that I would be very happy to hear it.
