If they can invest, I believe yes for the reasons outlayed in the original post you referred to: it's in the hot sector, the hot country, yet offers diversified risk for fund managers, so it's appeal is much more attractive for people with the enormous responsibility of looking after other people's money, in contrast to going for the all in one moonshot.
