I base that last comment on CHM number of shares on issue.

I believe its 110 million so at .05 cents its 55 million dollars capitalisation.

So any accepted claim of around $50 million (which must be generous) would wipe CHM clean.

Of course CHM need to accept $50 million . Dont for a second think MMX offering this made up amount is proof that they would lose a court case.

Think big picture here. $50 million is chicken feed in the shceme of things.

Think takeover and ongoing raising of new capital plus oaklee infrastructure etc etc.

MMX needs this to go away. Even if they have a 100% case on defending this.
