XPD has 434 million issued shares...the market capitalisation value based on current share price is only around $14m. There is not enough available liquidity for the bigger funds to invest.

I expect that the only buyers and sellers at the moment are the small retail investors and traders who are pushing the share price around. The current share price is a long way off the true share value. Over time this should start to align as confidence slowly returns.
