I think in a thread call, Bankable feasibility study, quite a few points were posted.
This report below is also a good read, I have posted it a few times previously to judge costs.
It just about got another companies true BFS Capex costs correct well before DFS release and correctly called out underestimated Opex costs before credits.
Things to take into consideration in costings in this report are locations, many sites had to build big ports to transport product and import fuels and reagents, road networks were required to be built, power station constructions, water networks and extensive use of expat experience to guide less skilled local workforces.
