Following on from @AiRborn3 's post, I did a little digging on Vodacom & Vodafone.

On the Vodacom twitter account https://twitter.com/search?f=tweets&q=vodacom &src=typd the company posted an interesting reply to one user that provided a link which I followed & it led me to this ………

As you can see, this is quite like OverPass !

I'm not sure when it went live, or if it is using the Syntonic technologies yet. The sports stuff seems to indicate it was in trial mode in June for the World Cup.

I was thinking, that maybe they were just calling Vodafone Passes by another name, however https://www.vodafone.co.uk/mobile/pay-monthly/vodafone-passes doesn't have anything other than monthly passes, so these " tickets" are something completely different.

I'll let everyone draw there own conclusion to it all.
