Many aspects to compulsory acquisitions Row......rather than use the term rarely to ….as usual ...put fear into everyone...….why don't you post the links to all the material relating to compulsory acquisitions...outlining for everyone how they may actually succeed and whether they will, the stumbling blocks that may occur and even whether they can be challenged through the court system by individual holders.....I have done further reading and all is not necessarily as you suggest. There are multiple issues involved and I have noted the use of the word "may" in various literature. For anyone reading this its imperative that you Do Your Own Research and make your Own Decisions based on your own individual circumstances.. And I suggest to all genuine holders that any posts by Rowlweigh and Co be challenged for their content remembering that they are non holders. DYOR
