It's already a viable producing field. This is just a new compartment in the reservoir. It will cost bugger all to hook it up and then it just needs to cover opex costs.
Because it's so close to existing gathering they will probably just give it a flow test and then if it's not showing signs of depletion, hook it up and see how it goes. No need for an extended piloting period.
