I agree with your reasoning AM. I think BPT are being driven very well by astute people, with a very keen sense of future value assets. I think Res 9 is just a prudent precaution, and not an indication of an imminent raising, unless of course the share price rises considerably on Ironbark1 hype. You could be right about OGOG tactics, but I'd be very cautious going forward if that scenario played out.
The possible upcoming BP agreement to drill Ironbark1 will be extremely exciting. The potential for a huge gas find and relatively easy tie-in to nearby production facility, seems too great to pass on in my unqualified opinion. Less than 3 weeks
