Apparently that's up to Nathan. He told me at the AGM that he and Russell are great mates from way back and usually if anyone wants to invest then Russell will make that decision after calling Nathan and asking what they are like. He did say "oh, we like people who buy on market", but the emphasis seemed to be on the "like" part of the sentence and I got the distinct impression he was a little tongue in cheek about that.
It's better buying on market though, you get way more for your money than in a cap raise in my experience
