Totally unnecessary and premature consolidation. Most likely there will be another SPP and there will be further dilution from the consolidated level. I thought you consolidate when the SP is going up not when it's dead like now. Anyway, hope Chairman and MD knows what they are doing, maybe a deal forthcoming and they need to tidy up in order to tie up? Who knows?
