To me this is so obvious, and I agree.

Since the reverse listing, there has been no commercial, techical or business progess at all, yet as discerningstarter says, there are a lot of self interested bonuses, pay rises, share options for an entrenched but unaccountable (and unperforming) team.

I've commented before here that there are far better CEO's on less money making sales and profits for their employer. It all went back to the earlier board incompetence IMO and their hirings, but the current lot have proved no better.

I am also surprised the SP holds up at all, although it is of course almost at an all time low.
