I raised this with them months ago. If they need the options in the money simply extend the date.
Appears management don’t want their holdings diluted.
And 40m isn’t that big you never know maybe lind will come good with 40 million and less dilution.
I spoke with Jim from Blackham Resources recently and this was not the impression I received. I sent an email requesting an extension and he called me to discuss this. He was most open and frank and said he would email the MD to open up a discussion about the matter with the BOD.
I appreciate that you raised the issue with them months ago, but I'm guessing there was at that time still time to allow the SP to incrementally rise organically to bring the options into money.
Time however ain't on ours or their side as of now. And its ticking by ever so fast.
I guess my post (which happened to be my first ever) was an attempt to rabble-rouse the option holders/shareholders and simply contact either via email or phone the company, to enact some positive action to the benefit of us all.
Shareholder approval would be required by a majority vote conducted at an extraordinary meeting especially convened, but Jim and I agreed during the conversation that most shareholders would approve of such a move.
Why don't you think that $42 million in their coffers would be a good thing for the company?
