Based on the research, the acquirer' share price may go down. In contrast, the target company's share price will go up. It is not a surprise that WAPRC is only willing to pay for ANS's shares at $0.013 instead of $0.017 i.e. below its market price. Two horses (ANS and SDL) are racing. Which horse will run faster after the trading resumed?
