    i'll add my thoughts on it,
    May 2019 - capital raise for 2019 exploration drilling/ infill drilling
    september 2019 - capital raise for scoping study/pre feasibility
    may 2020 - capital raise for environmental drilling/baseline survey and more exploration
    september 2020 raise funds/strategic partner for zackley BFS
    april 2021 - release bfs
    MAY 2021 - begin construction/site works

    hopefully.
