To be kind, I cannot believe the amount of disappointing misfortune.
I have seen things go wrong, but this is almost every well.
Certain mistakes are made on the drill floor, certain mistakes are made in Perth, people are under the pump, the weather is hot and humid and people lose concentration.
Saying all the faults are made in Perth is rather odd.
It is a team effort and people really should look why this occurred, or they will never learn from the event.
Yep, and as we all know the oil is still there. There doing us no good. Perhaps C51 if it's so harsh of a climate there than go to 3, 8hr shift crews is the next answer. What's the cost? IMO not much. It'll give the straw boss a chance to weed-out the slackers.
