The Directors of MGC Pharmaceuticals Ltd, the “Company” request that the Company’s securities be placed in a voluntary trading halt immediately in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, pending the release of an announcement by the Company regarding TGA Authorized prescriber application for use of CannEpil™ in Australia.
The Company requests that the trading halt end on the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday 11 October 2018, or when the announcement referred to above is released to the market.
