re your question re Digene applicability for women < 30...this is a regulatory approval issue with the FDA and most likely will not ever be sanctioned for women < 30 as they are not really at risk of developing cervical cancer and have a tendency for their immune systems to shed the HPV virus naturally.
Cervical cancer screening whether it be via traditional Pap, LBC, Truscreen or HPV testing is only applicable for women > 30
