I think this is clutching at straws. Plenty of WA based businesses manage to get things done on time for east coast market openings.
If it was a WA time issue you would think one person could roll out of bed early for one day of the year to get the ann out. For such a big ann i would think they could get up 3 hours early....

As a LTH missing the ann on opening isnt a big concern for me, either means something is in the pipeline or they are still adding detail to it.
AVZ is a roller coaster. Just sit back.
