Voting Reminder

As a result of my previous post on voting I received an email this morning by a large shareholder who had not received his proxy and was unaware that he had to vote even though he had contributed to the Fight Fund. He voted online a few minutes ago. So here is a further reminder to those who have not voted or have not contributed to the Fighting Fund.


This Friday the Minorities Group lawyer will lodge the  paperwork to the relevant Bermudan authorities on behalf of  Dissenting Shareholders. Documents will include the independent Valuation Report which Minorities have commissioned and the names of Dissenting Shareholders. These documents will eventually be passed on to Zijin.

If you wish to participate as a Dissenting Shareholder you will need to forward your contribution to the Fighting Fund and have voted NO on the proxy before this Friday. As time is the essence I suggest that you consider voting online.
