Can anyone advise how long a company has to be suspended before we can write off the shares as a tax loss? As @dixiechick mentioned this lot have been suspended for over two and a half years. Not really right that we are just funding their lifestyle choices. Does anyone have any hope of this mob ever getting their act together and being accountable to investors, and actually running a business? Are they capable of getting out of this hole?
