I understand the need to raise some cash, the part I really dont understand is why that VWAP which leave place to manipulation , why not raising at 12c or 12.5c as we were trading at 14.5 c at the time of the announcement, like this we would have had a floor under the SP .
And im sure the same amount of people would have take the raise anyway.
