if CHM were to win the whole asset the share price would rise far above 25cents. you say they have no money and overseas backer, but if they had the whole asset that would not be the case. a big player would get involved during the court case or straight after. If you have an asset of that value a lot of people would be throwing money at you to get the right to it. just like mitsubishi with MMX.
