Or do investors also sometimes invest and trip themselves up because of the hope a company gets them to beleive in and the dates and expectations that some companys can sometimes blow out of proportion?

Maybe read anoncments for 14 years to see what this company has acheved hey? But what does it amount to if nothing commercial ever results? It amounts to negative return on investment and lack of value obtained in 14 years. You speak as though they have already acheved something and they have already made a positive return on investment. What cloud do you live on man?
