When I used to be able to name drop I worked for an investment bank (I was a pleb but they didn't need to know that haha) I got them very quickly on a couple of occasions.
Id generally expect a week at best though, if they even field ADHOC requests in general. Its not a requirement.
Edit: It would also be really easy to just screenshot if legit. Not like its illegal to post a top 20.
