I have avoided MVF over the past few years in spite of its appeal on value grounds. My concern has always been that this is a business that will only succeed if it’s management can keep the medical staff happy. The available evidence is that this has not been achieved and (yet) another manager is unlikely to be able to change the culture in the foreseeable future.
