Quite an interesting point and I may well seek further clarification.

From my point of view the material event is that the claim has been lodged, it matters little to FAR who they are actually up against, the defendant is just the means to FAR's end (from FAR's perspective).

I would not expect an announcement saying 'by the way that arbitration case is now involving Woodside' if nothing else regarding the case, such as the end goal, has changed. I cant see the point of such as announcement as what would it change from the markets perspective regarding FAR?
