? Abu , I call this very prudent capital management , only raise what you need while using scrip , otherwise cost of capital is high.
Progress the development then raise at higher levels or use a debt instrument , miners ( like small tech ) are major cash cosumers till they are into the third ir fourth year of production.
There will be many more cap raises in the future
