Mazzochie or what ever his name is, i think is a founding shareholder of a comapny that BGN took over a year ago or so, and joined the BGN board.

Another strange this is that in the announcement yesterday, it stated that the shares should come out of the trading holt once that announcement had been release, i reckon the ASX has questioned the viability of the company...
