For what it’s worth, I had my phone call returned regarding the CLC agreement as to the conflicting announcements. I was told the agreement is doing the rounds collecting signatures. I guess that explains the conflicting announcements to some extent. The agreement effectively has been completed but the document itself has not until the last signiture is signed. Hopefully that was the truth. If it was then the completed signed agreement should be close.
