The problem with they shouda,coulda, woulda is that it doesn't address the problem.

Everything that has been tried thus far has not worked.
Left alone they suffer. Given hand outs they suffer.

The majority really do have a foot and a soul in both camps battling with their traditional heritage and the new order that has been forced upon them.

So with what we know so far about what doesn't work...what you we do to assist their evolution?

Remember the white man was the one that taught them about compensation. We just didn't teach them how to use it.
