Take off your blinkers and have a look at the FY18 results: first half eps 7.5c, second half eps 1.1c .
The share price started its downward trend after the FY18 results were released and it became apparent that the first half results were a one-off. Investors are still not clear what the long term profit will be.
You can talk about how much the share price has dropped from the peak when trying to justify the current share price, but you should also look at how much the profits have dropped from the first half, and how much the share price has risen in the last 12 months.
One year ago, the share price was in the low 60c range, it could easily go back there!
The company has been very agressively growing its revenue in a competitive market, how much margin and profitability has it sacrificed to acheive its growth?
