yeh for mine it is the 3 month time frame given for the raise which is a major concern. Feb 18th
If they have to go before the finance is secured then it will likely have a significant dilutionary effect which is Bollocks!
On top of which the extra 10% on top of the 15% capacity excercised after the CR and we will be at a billion shares easily which is also bollocks!
I understand that blow outs happen but how about a bit of clarity if that is the case? Stops SH jumping at shadows and selling at a loss when or if it all turns out for the good at a later date.
