I feel you mate. Sorry to others for being off topic but there's no IM in here and shit's more important than AMI...I had EMDR treatment for trauma related memories in Chiang Mai and it was huge for me. If you haven't had it suggested to you thus far seek it out. There's plenty of video's on youtube about it. It has been very successful with returning soldiers.
