Most of these brokers lost reputation, burnt their fingers and last not least they burnt their customers money during the last months. State One is no exception¡K
We should see the moderate SP target in this context. These guys are very very carefully with exceeding targets in the current ugly market.
For me it looks like State One fixed first a SP target ¡V not to pushy but after all with a decent 100% yield ¡V and after this they began to create calculation premises to attest it with the announced Net Present Value evaluation.
Look on the bright side: In 2007 they allowed GBE a 50% performance, now they see a possible 100% performance, maybe in some months or next year they will double thisbe figure again¡K ƒº
