How about you call it corporate manipulation. All shareholders were duped big time. Read between the lines, King declined CVC offer last year, CVC knew King, Adams & Co were margin lending big time, so let's bring the whole thing down & buy up real cheap. Any wonder they have not relisted, CVC could own 90% of stella by the end of trading on day 1 of relisting. There could be up to 250 million shares on margin call + anyone else who is going to dump. So why relist in the near future. Let's see what Stellas projected earnings are & run from there.
Chris Scott & Co once they have the financials sorted out (poor bastar&s) will be in decision making mode as to which direction they should take.
Michael King will never have another opportunity to snub a corporation the size of CVC unless of course he becomes the US president.
