Guys, just don't go too far overboard. The restructure of QBL to CGB is clearly significant and in all likelihood a major quantum leap for the company. Please read the prospectus very carefully, especially Piper Alderman's assessment, pages 92 through 107. Crucial licences have been secured, that is wonderful and to QBL's credit. But remember that these licences do not roll over automatically and that they generally have an annual renewal application. But more importantly, it seems that on top of a valid licence, specific permits need to be applied for. From what I can see, QLD,NSW,VIC,TAS all have permit requirements.
I am not trying to turn anybody away, I do think that this is a most exciting field and I hold a modest stake too. I received my mailed prospectus yesterday and having read it from cover to cover, I remain ambivalent. I do want this new field to succeed, naturally want QBL/CGB to be the very best.
If one reads the ND Act, it is important to understand that it is one thing to hold a licence. The holder of that licence must also obtain the relevent permits to do this, that, or the other. We're all hoping that the necessary day-to-day permits are given. I'm not trying to freak anybody out or give one cause for concren, just pointing out that none of this is home and hosed.
I'm still a little uncertain, for what that may be worth. Just read the prosprctus.
I want everybody to succeed and wish everybody well.
