    msx I can understand your frustration as I invested in the pre-IPO as well. But you have to understand that as an unlisted public company the communication being poor is probably to be expected. I would rather management/board to be busy running the business and preparing for the listing rather than wasting shareholder's money in pointless communication with existing shareholders. A lot of delays had nothing to do with them as they had to submit audits and ASX has quite a full pipeline.

    When you invested in the pre-IPO (I am assuming you are wholesale) you should have the patience and tolerance of it being dragged on, it is just normal part of investing! Perhaps stick with IPOs or liquid equities if you can't afford to have this sort of experience again.

    I also tend to agree with BushChookSlayer that it is instos/HNWs that will be dictating the share price.
