    It sounds like quite a few things need to align. Any CR will just dilute the SP to a ridiculous low. Do we want that? Plus, who in their right mind would be involved in any CR venture. The last CR was at 0.8 cents (12.8 cents by today's SP). 75% decrease since the last CR and consolidation! No thanks!

    I do think some positives may be in the horizon, but how and when will this equate to some trading and upward movement of the SP? A CR and subsequent dilution of the SP may be too much for this stock to handle.
